Fulfillment service billing in a single click

Set up a price list for each client, and through the month the system automatically records every service performed. At the end of the month you create the billing for all your clients with a single click and send the invoices electronically. No Excel adding up and no lost revenue.

What the system bills

Every service recorded automatically

You enter any services with their prices and VAT rates into each client's price list. The system then counts the events on its own through the month, while you write down nothing by hand.

Packing

Every packed order is recorded as a billing event when packing is completed. You can tie the price to box size or shipment type.

Per order / per piece
Storage and warehousing

Charging for occupied space by the day. Storage can be billed per pallet, per shelf or per any other unit you define in the price list.

Per pallet / per day
Goods receipt

Digital receipt of stock from a supplier is recorded per piece or per receipt. The receipt price is part of each individual client's price list.

Per piece / per receipt
Additional services

Inserting flyers, special packaging, returns processing and other services. You add any line item to the price list with its own price and VAT rate.

Why automatic billing

End of the month with no Excel adding up

Manual billing is the biggest source of revenue leakage in 3PL fulfillment centers. Unrecorded services are services you never invoice.

Manual billing
  • Counting packing jobs from Excel sheets and notebooks
  • Forgotten services that nobody invoices
  • Several days of admin work at the end of the month
  • Transcription errors and confusion with clients
Fulfillment App Billing
  • Every event recorded automatically at the moment of scanning
  • A price list with prices and VAT for each client separately
  • Billing for all clients created with a single click
  • Invoice issued and sent electronically
The billing flow

From price list to invoice in four steps

The entire process of creating invoices for fulfillment services runs inside Fulfillment App, from preparing the price list to exporting to accounting.

1. Set up a price list for each client

In the sales module you create a price list for an individual client with a validity period. You add services with prices and VAT rates. The only important thing is that the client's tax number is entered correctly, since it is used when issuing the invoice.

Guide: Fulfillment invoice creation

2. Create a new billing

In the Fulfillment module you select "New billing" and a period. The system finds on its own all clients for whom you performed fulfillment services in the selected period, and shows which billings are already prepared. Upon confirmation the billings are created.

3. Review and adjust if needed

In the billing you select the client's price list, and the services automatically get their prices and VAT rates. You can edit individual line items, adjust quantities, add a discount or add an extra service via "+ New item". You save the billing.

4. Export the billing or issue the invoice

A prepared billing can be exported directly as a detailed report for your accounting software/service, or you can create the final invoice directly in the system and send it to the client.

Why Fulfillment App Billing

Three reasons to leave billing to the system

Automatic billing is not just a time saver. It is the assurance that every service performed is also invoiced.

01

Price lists per client

Every client has their own price list with its own validity period, its own prices and VAT rates. Receipt price per piece, packing based on box size, storage per pallet per day. You define everything once and the system applies it going forward.

Each client their own price list
02

Recording in real time

Every scan, every packing job and every receipt is recorded the moment it happens on the packing line. At the end of the month there is no reconstructing past events, the data is already in the system and waiting for billing.

No manual record keeping
03

End of revenue leakage

Manually managed billings mean forgotten services and disputes with clients. Because the system records all events automatically, every billing is complete and transparent, and the client sees exactly what they are paying for.

Every service invoiced
