One packing line
for every delivery service

You connect once, and for every shipment the system picks the right delivery service by your rules and prints the label. Local couriers in every country, automatic tracking through to final delivery, and a tidy process for undelivered parcels and returns.

Rules instead of clicking

The system picks the courier, the packer just scans

For every shipment the system selects the delivery service by your rules, based on country, client or shipment type. The waybill is created automatically, and packers do not dig through courier portals or retype addresses. An order with an error is isolated into the Problems section while the line keeps running.

Expanding to new markets

Local couriers in every country

Buyers prefer to collect parcels from a courier they know. More than 100 local and international delivery services are connected through Fulfillment App, so you can offer your clients dispatch to new markets without new integration projects. The packing line stays a single one.

Tracking to final delivery and back

When the parcel is scanned, the status changes to Dispatched and everyone involved is notified: your dashboard, the client in their profile and the buyer with a tracking code. The client can follow every parcel to final delivery without asking you anything.

Tracking code automatically written into the client's webshop
1 Parcel scanned · status: Dispatched
2 Courier tracking · through to final delivery
3 Undelivered? Scan the return · stock back to the warehouse
1 14 returned parcels scanned at once
2 Confirm returns · stock goes back to the warehouse
3 Goods receipt order for the returned items

Returns without chaos, partial ones too

Parcels the recipient does not collect come back to your fulfillment center. The warehouse worker scans them, even a large number at once, and with a confirmation the stock returns to the warehouse while both sides see the status. Partial returns are supported too: you set aside the items the buyer keeps, and the system automatically creates a goods receipt note and a credit note.

How you connect delivery services

1. Enter courier API credentials

For each client you enter the credentials for the delivery services they use, for GLS for example the API key for myGLS and a selection of additional services. From there on the waybills are created by the system.

2. Delivery service selection rules

Set the logic by which the system picks the courier for each shipment: by recipient country, client or shipment type. When importing orders from a file, you assign the delivery service already at import.

Guide: Importing sales orders

3. If needed: external distributor

If a client uses a courier or their own delivery that is not on the list, you add it as an external distributor: Settings → Clients → Delivery services → Add. The new delivery service is immediately available on the list.

4. Dispatch and handling returns

The packing line runs: label printing, scanning, dispatch, tracking. Undelivered parcels and returns, partial ones too, are processed with a scanner, while stock and statuses sync automatically.

Everything about delivery services

More than 100 local and international delivery services are connected through Fulfillment App, in the region among others GLS, DPD, Pošta Slovenije, DHL, Express One and Hrvatska pošta, and in foreign markets local couriers such as InPost, PostNord, Colissimo, SEUR and BRT. If your courier is not on the list, contact us so we can check the option of connecting it, or add it as an external distributor.
Yes. Each client has its own set of delivery services with its own API credentials and services. The packing line stays a single one: the system picks the right courier for each parcel and prints the matching label.
You scan the returned parcel with a mobile scanner and the status changes to Parcel return. You can scan a large number of parcels at once, and with a click on "confirm returns" the stock returns to the warehouse. After confirmation, a goods receipt order for the returned items is created, which you put away across the warehouse or set aside.
The system supports partial returns: on the scanner you select the items that were returned, and for the items the buyer keeps you set the quantity to 0. On confirmation, a goods receipt note and a credit note are created automatically, and the order gets the status Partial return, visible to the client as well.
