Every order has its place in the flow

Orders are sorted into tabs that follow the physical flow through the warehouse: For dispatch, Preparation, Picking, Dispatched, Completed, Problem and Returns. At any moment the manager sees how much work is waiting, how much is in progress and where something got stuck. Search and filters work by order, recipient or item code.

The manager decides when the warehouse gets work

Picking lists have three statuses: draft (DRAFT), to which the manager adds orders with each new print, active (ACTIVE), which is visible to warehouse workers on scanners, and completed (COMPLETED), once all the goods are picked. This way the manager controls the pace and distributes work among operators.

By selecting a company, the manager switches between clients or processes all orders together, on the same packing line. The stock, orders, couriers and billing of each client stay strictly separated, and each client sees only their own data in their own profile.

What each status means

FOR DISPATCH

Orders imported from webshops and ready for shipping label printing. The manager selects orders and clicks Print.

PREPARATION / PICKING

Shipping labels are created, goods are being picked across the warehouse. The progress of each list is visible in real time.

DISPATCHED

The parcel is scanned and confirmed. The tracking code is written to the store, the client and the buyer are notified.

PROBLEM

Orders with an error (address, missing stock) are automatically isolated by the system. The manager fixes them, the line keeps running.

RETURNS

Undelivered and returned parcels, including partial returns. With a confirmation the stock is returned to the warehouse.

COMPLETED

Delivered and processed parcels. The full order history stays available for review and billing.

Everything about the control panel

Yes. The manager selects the company they are preparing shipments for, or reviews all orders together. There is one packing line, while each client's data (stock, orders, billing) stays strictly separated.
Automatically through webshop integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart), through the REST API or by file import, in which you set the company, status and courier. All orders land in the same processing flow.
On the control panel the warehouse manager sees all orders from all clients and manages the entire process. In their own user module the client sees only their own orders, stock levels and the parcels' path to final delivery.
When the shipping label is created, the system automatically moves it to the Problem tab and shows the error. The manager edits or fixes the order and returns it to the flow, while the other orders are processed without interruption.
