One error
does not stop the line

Orders with an error are automatically isolated into the Problem section: incomplete address, missing stock, damaged goods. The supervisor handles them whenever there is time, and the packing line keeps processing all other orders without interruption.

Types of exceptions

What the system intercepts and how it gets resolved

Every exception has its own place in the system and its own resolution procedure.

Order error

Incomplete or wrong address

When the shipping label is created, the system flags the error and moves the order into the Problem section. The supervisor corrects the data and returns the order to the flow.

Shelf issue

Missing stock during picking

If the warehouse worker cannot find the item at the expected location, the order is marked as a problem. The WMS isolates it, while the other orders in the wave keep being picked.

Damaged goods

Write-off via delivery note

The operator writes off a damaged item directly on the scanner with a delivery note. Stock is reconciled, and the delivery note overview is visible in the app.

Returned parcel

Undelivered parcels and returns

The operator scans returned parcels and the stock is returned to the warehouse. Partial returns with an automatic goods receipt note and credit note are also supported.

Automatic isolation

The system intercepts the error before it stops work

In a classic packing floor, one error means everyone deals with it: the line stops, parcels wait, the courier leaves without shipments. In Fulfillment App, the order with an error is automatically moved aside into the Problem tab on the dashboard, with the error printed out and all the context. The line does not even notice it.

The supervisor resolves exceptions calmly, not in a panic in the middle of dispatch
! Problem · 3 orders waiting to be handled
2 Supervisor fixes the address / reconciles the stock
3 Order back in the flow · Ready for dispatch
1 Customer does not collect the parcel · parcel is returned
2 Return scan · status Parcel return
3 Stock back to the warehouse · client notified
Returns without chaos

Even a returned parcel is an orderly process

The operator scans undelivered parcels with the mobile scanner, even a large number at once, and with confirmation the stock is returned to the warehouse. Both sides see the return status, and after confirmation a goods receipt order is created for the returned items, which you put away across the warehouse or set aside. For a partial return, the system automatically creates a goods receipt note and a credit note.

Everything about exceptions and problem parcels

The warehouse supervisor sees them on the dashboard, together with the printed error. Once the order is handled or corrected, it returns to the normal processing flow. Warehouse operators do not deal with problem orders, on the scanner they only get clean orders.
The warehouse worker marks the order as a problem and the WMS automatically isolates it and moves it to the Problem tab. The other orders in the same picking wave keep being picked, and the supervisor later checks the stock and the location.
On the scanner you select the items that were returned, and for the items the customer keeps you set the quantity to 0. On confirmation, a goods receipt note and a credit note are created automatically, and the order gets the status Partial return, also visible to the client in their profile.
Processing returns can be a service on each client's price list, and the system records every event automatically. This way, the work with exceptions is also billed, instead of being a hidden cost of your packing floor.

Exceptions are part of the business. Stoppages are not.
