One interface for everything

Every warehouse operation on one screen

The scanner's mobile app gives you every operation you need to run a warehouse with ease. The warehouse operator logs in and gets to work, with no paper and no re-keying.

Dispatch

Packing with validation

The operator scans the parcel label and the order opens on screen with the contents to place in the parcel. They scan or manually tick the items and click CONFIRM, and the order moves to the Dispatched status.

Picking

Guided goods picking

Picking lists sent from the office appear on the scanner instantly. The operator selects a starting location, picks along an optimized route and sorts items into numbered totes.

Goods receipt order

Receiving announced deliveries

When a client announces a delivery, the goods receipt order appears on the scanner automatically. The warehouse worker receives the items by scanning, enters the location, and stock is immediately visible in the system.

Goods receipt note

Direct stock receiving

For unannounced deliveries the operator selects the company and supplier on the scanner, scans the items, sets the quantities and saves. Stock is instantly available in the warehouse overview.

Returns

Undelivered parcels

The operator scans returned parcels, even a large number at once, and on confirmation the stock returns to the warehouse. Both the fulfillment center and the client can see the return status.

Delivery notes

Stock removal

The operator writes off damaged or discarded goods directly on the scanner with a delivery note. An overview of all delivery notes is visible in the Fulfillment App.

Hardware

Industrial scanners or an ordinary smartphone

The app runs on modern Android devices: from Zebra and Honeywell industrial terminals with built-in 1D/2D laser scanners to ordinary smartphones paired with a bluetooth barcode scanner. You can start with the equipment you already have and upgrade as your volume grows.

No installations, the app runs in the device's browser

Synchronization

Stock updated the instant you scan

Every scan on the device is written to the system in real time. Stock decreases automatically when a parcel is dispatched and increases when a returned parcel is scanned or a receipt is completed. The warehouse manager and clients always have a true view of stock levels: physical, reserved and available.

The client follows order statuses and the parcel's journey through to final delivery
No errors

Audible and visual validation of every scan

The app warns the operator audibly and visually if they scan the wrong product. A parcel's contents are confirmed only once every scanned item matches the order. This completely eliminates shipping the wrong items and drastically reduces the number of complaints.

Comparison

Paper warehouse versus the mobile scanner

What changes when delivery notes, picking lists and spreadsheets are replaced by a single screen.

Paper printouts and spreadsheets
  • Re-keying: Delivery notes, picking lists and stock levels are printed, ticked off by hand and then re-entered back into the system.
  • Outdated stock: Stock levels are accurate exactly once a day, after manual entry. In between, nobody knows what is actually on the shelves.
  • Errors with no warning: A wrong item in a parcel is discovered only when the customer complains.
  • Slow onboarding: A new warehouse worker learns the locations, codes and procedures by feel and from colleagues.
Fulfillment App scanner
  • Paperless: Every list, task and order is on the scanner screen. Each scan is written straight into the system.
  • Real-time levels: Stock is updated the instant a dispatch, receipt or return happens.
  • Instant alerts: A wrong scan triggers an audible and visual warning before the item goes into the parcel.
  • Fast onboarding: The interface guides the operator step by step, so new employees are productive within a few days.
Workflow

A warehouse operator's working day

From login to the last confirmed parcel, all on a single device.

1. Logging in to the mobile app

The operator logs in to the mobile warehouse app on a scanner or phone. Because the app runs in the browser, there is no installing, updating or configuring of devices.

2. Choosing an operation

On the screen they pick an operation: dispatch, picking, goods receipt order, goods receipt note, delivery note or processing undelivered parcels. Lists and tasks sent from the office appear on the scanner automatically.

3. Guided scanning

The app guides the operator step by step: which location, which item and which quantity. Every scan is validated on the spot. On an error the scanner beeps and reports it before it becomes a complaint.

Guide: Dispatch on the scanner

4. Confirmation and synchronization

Clicking CONFIRM completes the operation: the order gets the Dispatched status, stock updates, and the client sees the change in their profile and can track the parcel through to final delivery.

Frequently asked questions

Everything about the mobile scanner

Answers to the key questions about hardware and day-to-day use.

Any modern Android device. For intensive work we recommend Zebra industrial terminals (e.g. TC21/TC26) or Honeywell models with a built-in laser scanner, while for smaller volumes a smartphone paired with a bluetooth barcode scanner is enough. We are happy to advise you on choosing and procuring the equipment.
No. The mobile warehouse app runs in the browser: the operator logs in via a link and starts working. Updates are automatic for all devices at once, with no maintenance from your IT team.
Dispatch with scan-and-go validation, picking from lists, goods receipt via a goods receipt order or a direct goods receipt note, stock removal with a delivery note, and processing of undelivered parcels and returns. Settings such as the returns handling method are also managed directly on the scanner.
Because the app guides the operator step by step and validates each scan on the spot, new employees get up to speed far faster than with paper-based work, typically within a few days. The system catches beginners' mistakes before the parcel ever leaves the packing table.
