100% accuracy
when packing shipments

The app warns the operator audibly and visually if they scan the wrong item. Parcel contents are confirmed before the parcel leaves the packing table. Completely eliminate shipping the wrong articles and drastically reduce the number of complaints.

CONFIRM
How it works

Scanning the label opens the order, scanning the item confirms it

The operator at the packing table scans the parcel label and the order opens on screen with the exact contents that must go into the parcel. They scan or manually mark each article. Only once all scanned articles match the order can they click CONFIRM and the order moves to the Dispatched status.

Without confirmed contents the parcel does not go to dispatch
1 Scan the label · order #5847 opens
2 Scan each article · real-time validation
3 CONFIRM · status Dispatched, stock reconciled

The error beeps before it becomes a complaint

On every wrong scan the scanner beeps audibly and shows a warning on screen. The operator fixes the error in a second, at the packing table, not three days later in the form of a complaint, a return and the cost of re-dispatch. Validation works just as reliably on a new operator's first working day as it does with an experienced packer.

99.9% packing accuracy, validated by scanning
Validation across the whole process

Not only at packing: also at picking and goods receipt

The same double-confirmation logic runs through the entire warehouse. At picking, the operator scans the location and the article, so the system makes sure the goods were taken from the right shelf and that it is the right SKU. At goods receipt, the scan confirms that the delivered goods really are the ones that were announced.

Every physical touch of the goods is confirmed by a scan
1 Goods receipt · scan the article on delivery
2 Picking · scan location + article
3 Packing · scan contents before dispatch
Comparison

What does one wrong shipment cost?

A wrong article in the parcel is not just the cost of a return. It is an unhappy customer of your client and a reason for the client to reconsider your fulfillment.

Packing from memory
  • Relying on sight: Similar packaging, similar colors, different flavors and sizes. The human eye misses, the scan does not.
  • The error is found too late: Only once the customer complains do a return, a re-dispatch and a credit note follow.
  • Misaligned stock: A wrong article shipped means the stock level of both articles is wrong too.
Scan-and-go validation
  • Scanning instead of judgment: The article's EAN code must match the order, otherwise the parcel does not move on.
  • The error is caught immediately: An audible and visual alert at the packing table, not a complaint three days later.
  • Stock always accurate: Confirmed parcel contents mean accurate stock deduction in real time.
Frequently asked questions

Everything about scan-and-go validation

Articles that have no EAN code can be marked manually by the operator on the scanner. We do recommend, however, that articles without codes are fitted with internal labels at goods receipt, so validation covers the entire assortment.
No, a scan takes less than a second and replaces the visual check that a careful packer otherwise performs by hand. In practice, packing with scanning is faster, because the operator does not double-check and does not search through a paper list.
The scanner beeps and shows a warning on screen with the wrong code and the expected article. The order cannot be confirmed until the contents match, so a wrong parcel physically cannot go to dispatch.
Yes. In combination with the FIFO & FEFO method, the system determines at picking which lot must be dispatched, and validation makes sure the right one was taken. Batch traceability is thus preserved from goods receipt to dispatch.

Test validation on your own articles

During the demo we set up scanning for your articles and show how the system catches an error before the parcel even leaves the packing table.
