A delivery is received by scanning on the scanner, each item gets its bin location, and the stock is visible in the system the moment it is confirmed, to you and to your client. No paper goods receipt notes and no later data entry back in the office. You can also run a stocktake, partial or full, straight from the scanner, without closing the warehouse.
Goods receipt runs through a goods receipt order announced by the client, or with a direct goods receipt note on the scanner.
The fulfillment client creates a goods receipt order in their profile, a list of the goods that will be delivered to your warehouse. The order appears automatically on the warehouse worker's scanner.
Goods on the dock with no announcement? On the scanner the warehouse worker opens a Goods receipt note, selects the company and the supplier, and scans the items.
At receiving, the warehouse worker enters the location they are placing each item on. From that first second the stock is tied to a bin location, so picking, inventory and route optimization work without any extra editing. For items with expiry dates, lot numbers and validity dates are also captured at receiving.
When the warehouse confirms returns of undelivered parcels, a goods receipt order for the returned items is created automatically: you place the goods back across the warehouse or set them aside for destruction. For damaged and removed goods you create a delivery note on the scanner, which takes the items out of stock.
Digital goods receipt is logged as a billing event, per piece or per receipt, according to each client's price list. At the end of the month the receiving service is on the bill automatically, with no manual counting of deliveries. In the Data section you can also track how many pallets of each company currently occupy your space.
You run stocktakes straight from the scanner: partial ones by individual racks, shelves or brands, or full ones for the entire warehouse. The packing line keeps running in the meantime. After the warehouse manager approves them, quantity corrections are posted automatically, and the reconciled stock is synchronized in real time with the clients' webshops too.
The fulfillment client prepares a goods receipt order in their profile, with the items and quantities that will be delivered to your warehouse. At any moment you can see which deliveries have been announced.
