Select the orders you want to pack and send them to the carrier. Labels print automatically. No manual clicking, no hunting for data across courier portals and no retyping of tracking codes.
Packers do not browse courier portals. The system recognizes the order, picks the carrier according to your rules and prepares the waybill in a second. You trigger waybill creation for an entire batch of orders with a single click on the Print button, for ten or for a thousand parcels.
Label printing is not just printing, it starts the packing line. When waybills are created, the system automatically builds a picking list with all the items of the printed orders. With the "send to Warehouse" option the list appears on the warehouse operators' scanners at that very moment.
When a waybill is created, the tracking code is automatically written back to the order in the client's webshop. The buyer receives a notification with tracking, and the client can follow the parcel's journey in their profile all the way to final delivery, without a single manual data transfer.
How much time does your fulfillment center lose between the courier portal, Excel and the printer?
The full process of printing waybills and starting picking.
In the Dispatch / Ready for dispatch view you choose the company you are preparing shipments for and select the orders. A click on the Print button creates waybills for all selected orders at once.
Guide: DispatchIf an order contains an error (for example an incomplete address), the system reports the error and moves the order to the Problems section, where you fix it. The other orders move on without interruption, one error does not stop the line.
You download the successfully created waybills with the Download button and print them on a thermal label printer. With the Sort Algo setting you can align the print order with the order of baskets during picking.
Guide: Sort Algo (label and basket order)When printing starts, the Picking window opens automatically, the items of the printed orders are already on the picking list. The warehouse worker picks the goods, scans the label and the parcel contents at the packing table, and on confirmation the order gets the Dispatched status.
More about pickingWe will show you how the entire flow from importing an order to a printed label and a recorded tracking code runs without manual work.
