Two-way synchronization

What gets synchronized?

Data travels in both directions: from Shopify to the warehouse and from the warehouse back to the customer.

Shopify → warehouse

Automatic order import

New orders from your Shopify store are imported automatically to the warehouse dashboard, together with customer data, items and the selected delivery method. Packing can start immediately.

Shopify → warehouse

Product catalog import

The entire product catalog, including variants, is imported directly from Shopify. All that is left is assigning items to bin locations in the warehouse.

Warehouse → Shopify

Real-time stock

Every scan in the warehouse updates item availability in Shopify. The store always shows the actual state, so out-of-stock items are not oversold.

Statuses and tracking codes

On dispatch, the Shopify order is automatically marked as fulfilled and the courier tracking code is written to the order. The customer is notified without any manual work.

Setup process

How do I connect Shopify to the warehouse?

Instead of an integration project, just four simple steps.

1. Create a merchant profile

Create a profile for the store in the system. 3PL fulfillment providers can run each merchant separately in multi-tenant mode, with their own stock and billing.

2. Enter the Shopify API token

The merchant enters the API token of their Shopify store through the wizard. No coding and no IT team required.

4. Orders start flowing in

Stock is aligned, orders flow to the warehouse dashboard and the team can start picking, packing and printing shipping labels right away.

Frequently asked questions

Shopify integration: questions and answers

How long does it take to connect a Shopify store?

The basic connection is done by entering a Shopify API token in the settings and requires no coding. The merchant can complete the setup themselves through the built-in wizard, without involving an IT team.

Is Shopify stock updated automatically?

Yes. Stock is synchronized in real time: every scan in the warehouse updates item availability, so the Shopify store always shows the actual state and out-of-stock items are not oversold.

Does the customer receive a tracking code in Shopify?

Yes. On dispatch, the courier tracking code is automatically written back to the Shopify order and the order is marked as fulfilled. The customer is notified through standard Shopify notifications.

Can I connect multiple Shopify stores at once?

Yes. The system is multi-tenant, so a 3PL fulfillment provider can connect multiple merchants, each with their own Shopify store, separate stock and separate service billing.

Do I need a developer to set up the connection?

No. The connection is established by entering API keys through the built-in wizard. For special requirements, an open REST API with documentation is also available.
