Your warehouse process
faster, cheaper, error-free

Scanners, smart micro-locations and scan-and-go validation come together into one optimized flow, from order import to a printed label. Every step is measured in real time, every error caught before it becomes a complaint.

Where time is lost

Three time sinks in every fulfillment center

Walking, searching and fixing errors. Fulfillment App eliminates all three, with the same workflow and the same team.

1 · Walking

The shortest route instead of wandering between shelves

When a picking list is created, the algorithm adds up the SKUs, selects the bin locations with the most stock and guides the operator along a linear, one-way route through the warehouse. By grouping orders into waves (batch picking), a single pass through the warehouse covers several orders at once, up to 24 on one cart.

Up to 40% fewer meters walked for the same volume
1 Label printing · picking list created
2 Algorithm: shortest route · 6 orders in 1 pass
3 Baskets in label order (Sort Algo)
1 Scan location → scan item → confirm
2 Wrong item? Audible + visual alert
3 The label prints only once the contents are confirmed
2 · Errors

Validation at every step, not at the end

The operator scans the location and the item, and the system ensures that the goods were taken from the right shelf and that it is the right SKU. During packing, scanning the label opens the order with its required contents, and every item is validated before it goes into the parcel. A wrong scan triggers an audible and visual alert instantly.

Fewer complaints, fewer returns, fewer re-dispatches
3 · Exceptions

Problems get isolated, the line keeps running

An order with an error (incomplete address, missing stock, damaged item) is automatically moved by the system into the Problem section on the dashboard. There the supervisor handles it while the other orders are processed without disruption. One exception never halts the entire dispatch.

Measurement

Every process measured in real time

Built-in analytics show all orders entered into fulfillment and all dispatched items, by day, period and individual company. The warehouse supervisor sees the status of every picking list (draft, active, completed) and the pace of the line, while the director sees volume per client as the basis for billing and decisions.

No guesswork: decisions based on measured data
One optimized flow

From order import to a dispatched parcel

All modules (integrations, picking, validation, label printing) work as one single process.

1. Orders flow in automatically

Orders from your clients' webshops are imported automatically via integrations to the dashboard, into the To dispatch tab. No manual entry, no emails, no Excel files.

2. Label printing starts the picking

One click creates the shipping labels and at the same time a picking list, which appears on the scanners. The order of baskets on the scanner is aligned by Sort Algo with the order of the printed labels.

3. Picking along the shortest route

The operator picks goods for several orders at once, guided from bin location to bin location. Every pick is confirmed by scanning the location and the item.

4. Validated packing and dispatch

At the packing table, scanning the label opens the order, every item is validated, and confirmation moves the order to Dispatched. Stock is reconciled, the tracking code goes to the customer, and the event is logged for the monthly billing.

Everything about process optimization

No. The initial stock is imported with an Excel template on an agreed cutover date, the team goes through a short training, and from that date orders run through the system. Because the app runs in the browser, there are no local installations. From signing to the first scan at the counter takes a few days, not months.
From three sources: less walking (batch picking and route optimization mean up to 40% fewer meters walked), fewer errors (scan-and-go validation eliminates wrong shipments and complaint costs) and less administration (automatic order import, label printing and event logging for billing). In a free demo we show you, on concrete examples, where the biggest savings in your process are.
On the dashboard they see orders by tab (To dispatch, Preparation, Picking, Dispatched, Problem, Return), the status of every picking list (draft, active, completed) and built-in analytics of orders and packed items by day and company, all in real time.
Yes. The system runs on a cloud architecture that handles large volume spikes (Black Friday, pre-holidays) without additional configuration or new licenses. The same workflow applies to 10 or 10,000 parcels a day, and thanks to guided work you can onboard extra operators in a few days.
